Abstract. This article explores the concept of art pedagogy and its role in the professional development of teachers. It discusses the importance of enhancing teachers' social and emotional skills through art pedagogy, creating a healthy psychological environment that prevents emotional strain through artistic practices, and integrating these habits into daily professional routines. The article also emphasizes the significance of fostering a culture of kindness rooted in mutual respect, living in harmony with art, and achieving emotional stability.
