Abstract

Intellectual migration refers to the movement of highly skilled professionals across countries in search of better opportunities for career advancement. This process plays a significant role in accelerating innovation and enhancing the global competitiveness of recipient countries. The article analyzes the factors driving intellectual migration and its impact on the economies of both recipient and donor nations. Special attention is given to the issue of "brain drain" and its long-term consequences for source countries. In conclusion, recommendations are made to improve the management of intellectual migration and encourage the return migration of professionals.
